Abstract

In order to remember the discussion about copyright protection on Museums, a matter less popular on the doctrine and that nowadays rebirth as a need in the Information Society, is the proposal of this article. For the amplitude of this topic, the main focus is Fine Arts, because they are the most remembered work on Museums and also they are the classical on the actual collection. There is no intent to wear out the matter, but only to keep in mind the problems that surround that type of Institution, as an example, Public Domain, Public Place, Photograph and Work Conservation.
