The parties behavior influences the formation and interpretation of contracts

Abstract

The article has a deductive-dialectic approach, in order to explain how parties behavior influences formation of contracts, by analysis of behavioral law and economics, to show how to build contracts in a way that it could be more realistic and specific according to changes of the state of the world nowadays, based in values like cooperation and good faith which provides more security to the parties involved.
