Abstract

This paper aims to confront the practice of misthanasia’s malpractice and Advance Directives, through a literature review on the topic. This study reveals important given the lack of research that confront these two institutes, concluding that it is possible to use the Advance Directives as a public policy to prevent the misthanasia’s malpractice.
