Grandparents pension duties and its limits

Abstract

The present study aims at discussing grandparents’ obligation to play child support, its limits, which come from mainly from ITS exceptional and supplementary nature as well as the constitutional protection and senior citizen statute. Correlated themes are also discussed, such as legal standing and the possibility of civil imprisonment in the case of child support by grandparents.
