The form of the electronic contracts

Abstract

The article aims to study the form of electronic contracts, addressing the legal grounds that authorize its conclusion, as well as the “electronic form”. Subsequently, the article approaches the legal prohibitions on the concluding of electronic contracts and discusses the concept of the hybrid contractual form. Finally, it studies the question related to the requirement of subscribing witnesses in electronic contracts.
