Establishing the interpretation of juristic acts by means of a supervenient agreement: an introduction and a study of the object and its limits

The article deals with the possibility of executing an agreement where the parties establish the interpretation for previous juristic acts. The present paper introduces the debate since its birth in Germany’s and Italy’s legal literature, exploring the aplicability of the such an agreement in Brazilian law, as well as suggesting parameters to define its object and limits.
