Abstract

This legal opinion analyses the limits of powers given to a curator of a person of the age of majority unable to care for their own person or property, the legal effects of non-appointment of an attorney by the Court in a lawsuit of alimony against an unable person, and indicates the appropriate legal procedure to plead for modification or termination of a judgement of interdiction.
