Abstract

The article deals with the catalog of fundamental rights, in order to discuss the possibilities of extension the application of the fundamental rights to other species, with special attention to the autonomy of robotics and Artificial Intelligence products. The text also deals with the normative of the February 16th, 2017 Resolution of European Parliament, about Civil Law and Robotics, debating the concepts of human rights and autonomy, in order to test the application of the “person thesis” to the recognition of an interspecies fundamental rights.
