Abstract

The causality is a exciting theme that
imposes a transdisciplinary approach and, thereby,
this study aims to distinguish the concepts of causality in physics and in law, revealing when both get
closer and distance from each other. The research
reveals the establishing of a causal connection in
the law application involves a valorative judgement
and even when the strict liability is applied there is
a return of fault elements in the causal nexus.
