The central role of Private Law in Antonio Junqueira de Azevedo’s works

Abstract

Antonio Junqueira de Azevedo’s intelectual production is a true theoretical framework in Brazilian Private Law, becoming a mandatory reference in all juridical levels. Among the several perspectives that one can extract from his numerically small but qualitatively strong works, this paper will address one: the centrality of the Private Law in it, in a perspective that can be said “methodological” of his production.
