Abstract

Human rights’ main shortcoming can be identified with their excessive indeterminacy, in other words, generality, vagueness and contestability, which makes them unuseful for private legal purposes. This study aims to investigate the procedural difficulty of reconciling the unavoidable manifold of divergent claims and opinions on the interpretation of human rights in private law
